Breakfast:

Herbed Omelet Special3 large eggs blended with 1/4cup of finely chopped mushrooms.

1 small apple or apple
1 cup of black coffee or flavored with Splenda/Stevia

Snack:

Vanilla on the Run1/2cup low-fat cottage cheese.
Mix in 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring and topped with strawberries for a rich, guilt-free snack

Lunch:

Chicken Salad Supreme4 ounces of premium boneless, skinless chicken breast.
Season breast with extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, sea salt and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
On a bed of crisp lettuce, chopped carrots and green peppers.

Afternoon Snack:

Protein Fix1 sugar-free yogurt blended well with 1 scoop of 30 grams of chocolate
Whey Protein powder.

Dinner:

Salmon Nights8 ounces of skinned salmon fillet flavored with chopped cilantro, ground pepper, sea salt
1 cup of brown rice sprayed with a low-calorie butter substitute
1 cup of fresh steamed and boiled broccoli lightly salted
1/2 cup side of fresh green edamame seasoned with salt
